Don Punch, Minister for Disability Services, alongside distinguished guests including Dena Zarif, CEO of WA Blue Sky, Frances Buchanan, State Manager of National Disability Services, and Lee Broomhall, CEO of Workpower. The project unveiled two brand-new 3-bedroom houses and two auxiliary 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villas, all designed with the highest standards of comfort, accessibility, and independence in mind, thanks to the integration of smart technology.
Each dwelling offered private amenities such as an en-suite, kitchenette, and courtyard, tailored for individuals approved for NDIS High Physical Support and Fully Accessible supports.
The homes also featured communal areas designed to foster a sense of community, equipped with all the essential whitegoods as part of the shared offering.
Accredited to Livable Housing Australia’s ‘Platinum Level’ Plus standards, the accommodations boast smart automation features, highlighting JFK Custom Homes’ dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions for an enhanced living experience.
The event also included an Assistive Technology demonstration, showcasing advanced facilities like Home Controller’s Control 4 Architecture and smartphone app control, illustrating the innovative solutions that are central to JFK Custom Homes’ projects.
