JFK Custom Homes is a small, award-winning custom builder based in Belmont, known for delivering high-quality custom homes across the Perth Hills and surrounding areas.

We build a limited number of select homes each year – which means more attention to detail, more time to do things properly, and a better working experience for everyone involved.

We’re now looking for an experienced Estimator/Scheduler to join our close-knit team.

This role is ideal for someone who’s confident in residential estimating and scheduling, and ready to step away from the pressures of KPIs, red tape, or high-volume project loads to deliver something more meaningful where you are recognised for your talent.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Estimating full-scope custom residential homes
• End-to-end scheduling of trades and materials
• Coordinating construction programs and timelines
• Working closely with the builder and design team
• Using Buildern software for project management
• Contributing to a smooth client and construction journey

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in residential estimating/scheduling
• Strong background in custom home construction (timber frame experience regarded)
• High level of organisation, initiative, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
